Yes indeed! You can paint vinyl shutters using XIM Acrylic Primer first. Let dry completely, and top coat it with your favorite 100% Acrylic exterior paint. Same technique can be used painting Formica, glass, and other slick surfaces including Stained and Lacquer cabinets and interior house trim.
